We want you to feel confident using Roteam.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 72 hours (3 days) of your initial purchase—no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply contact our support team via live chat or email us at [email protected], and we’ll take care of the rest.

After the initial 3-day period, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that refunds do not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals

  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

Once a refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
