What is Roteam.io?

Roteam.io is an all-in-one community management platform designed specifically for Roblox. We bridge the gap between Operations, HR, Marketing, and Development—giving you the tools to manage your entire community from a single, unified dashboard.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing and bank transfers.

Is their a limit on the amount of staff members per workspace?

Each plan has specific member limits to match your community's size. We believe your entire team should have access to the tools they need to succeed. If you go past the allotted plan tracked users, we bill $0.50 per 1,000 additional users.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, we offer an 8% discount when you choose annual billing. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual option on our pricing page.

What kind of support do you offer?

Support varies by plan. The Starter plan includes community support, Scale includes priority support, and Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated priority support with faster response times.
