How to Set Up Your Public Roteam Site

Learn how to launch your public-facing site to display staff, leaderboards, and allow users to apply.

Your Public Site allows you to showcase your group, staff, and activity while giving users a place to apply or interact.

Step 1: Enable your site

Go to Settings β†’ Public Site.

Turn on your site and choose your subdomain:

  • example.roteamsite.io

Step 2: Customize your site

You can configure:

  • Branding (logo, colors)

  • Visible staff roles

  • Leaderboards

  • Application forms

Step 3: Share your site

Once enabled, your site is live.

You can share your link with:

  • Community members

  • Applicants

  • Staff

What your site includes

Your public site can display:

  • Staff directory

  • Activity leaderboards

  • Applications

  • Suggestions

Important notes

  • Your site updates automatically as data changes

  • Only synced roles will appear

  • Applications are handled inside Roteam

Troubleshooting

If your site looks empty:

  • Make sure your members are synced

  • Ensure roles are enabled

  • Check your settings configuration
