Before Roteam can display your staff members, track activity, or show your public member directory, your Roblox group members need to be visible and synced correctly.

Step 1: Update your Roblox group privacy settings

Go to your Roblox group configuration page.

Under Privacy, find Who can see group members? and set it to Everyone.

This is required. If your group members are hidden, Roteam will not be able to sync them.

Step 2: Choose which roles to track

In Roteam, go to Settings → Tracked Roles.

Enable the Roblox roles you want to sync, such as HR, Moderators, or Trainers.

You can use Select All or Deselect All to quickly manage roles.

Step 3: Let Roteam sync your members

Once roles are enabled, Roteam automatically begins syncing members.

After syncing:

  • You’ll see member counts for each role

  • Your staff will appear across Roteam features

You can click Refresh anytime to manually sync again.

Troubleshooting

If a role shows 0 members:

  • Make sure Who can see group members? is set to Everyone

  • Try running a manual refresh
