General

Permission Name

Description

View Workspace Access

Allow members to access the workspace dashboard

Workspace Admin

Allow members to access settings, edit workspace info, tracked roles, and permissions

View Audit Logs

Allow members to view the workspace audit log (requires Workspace Admin)

View Automation Logs

Allow members to view automation execution logs (requires Workspace Admin)

Generate API Keys

Allow members to view and generate API keys for game integrations (requires Workspace Admin, owner-only toggle)


Activity

Permission Name

Description

Track Activity (In-Game)

Allow members to track their in-game activity

Timeclock Access

Allow members to clock in/out and view their timeclock history

Manage Activity

Add/subtract activity manually and approve timeclock requests


Logbook

Permission Name

Description

Add/View Logbook Items

Allow members to view and add internal notes to profiles

View Own Logbook Items

Allow members to view their own logbook entries

Delete Logbook Items

Allow members to delete logbook entries from profiles


Time-Off

Can Submit Time Off

Allow members to submit time off requests

Manage Time Off

Allow members to approve or reject time off requests

Add/Remove Blackout Days

Allow members to manage blackout days when time off cannot be requested (requires Manage Time Off)

View Manager Decision

Allow members to see which manager approved or denied a time off request
